The buyer purchased the manual with the title that literally said, "Icom IC-746 IC746 Transceiver OWNER'S INSTRUCTION MANUAL", but he blames ME for sending the wrong item. Had he contacted me and said he made a mistake, I would have gladly sent him the service manual he wanted without extra charge.
