VERY DISAPPOINTING, especially since this could have been avoided. Little to no insulation between glass and outer box wall. One cup is chipped at bottom. The other cup is totally crushed. I knew it was broken by the chinking sound from inside the box before it was opened. Look at cup set right next to outer box. Such a waste a quality and craftsmanship. I really liked these 2 pieces.
