Have not heard - it has not arrived and been at facility/shipped on April 24th. ETA was supposed to be no later than 4/30. I've checked multiple times since early last week, and I should have received it well before now. I contacted the seller early this AM and have not heard back. I would like a refund.

Buyer never contacted us, and we only made ware there was an issue with delivery when the buyer opened a dispute. USPS tracking shows package was shipped Wed, Apr 24 (9400109105465050033058), and they package is arriving late due to carrier delays which we have no control over. At this point we can only wait for the package to be delivered or returned in which case we'll be glad to fully reimburse the buyer when that time comes.
