    I received the Brunello Cucinelli piece in cream with a hole on the right front panel, just below the belt line, and another at the back of the collar. None of this was disclosed, and returns weren’t accepted—likely due to these flaws. That’s misleading. When selling luxury items, transparency is essential. Clients must be able to make informed choices. If you can’t handle such garments with care and honesty, you shouldn’t offer them. VBotero
