When I contacted the seller about the issue, they wanted to refund $3 and asked me to use zipties to fasten the shield. When I expressed my desire not to use the zipties and asked if they could supply me with the correct clips, I was told “those are the ones the supplier provides”… The ‘supplier’ is irrelevant to the customer…the product is purchased from the seller.
