The item is in working order; however, it was not in “like new” condition. I had to clean hair out of the blade chamber before use. It was full of what appeared to be facial hair. While it is working as expected, it was not “like new” as written in the description. The directions specifically state “for hygienic reasons, the product should be used by ONE person,” this item was clearly used by someone else before o bought it.
