I bought this for my sister. I am giving 5 stars because the seller was very good to work with and reasonable. This product did not work out for my sister, so unfortunately, I had to return it. The seller finally refunded my money after I returned the item. eBay had to step in and help get my refund. The sellers had my money AND the item I had purchased (returned because nobody at my home was available to sign for the package), and told me they “didn’t like” me and they weren’t going to refund my money.
At first I was ghosted for two days when I asked for a refund, then they called multiple ugly names for requesting a refund.
I never had possession of the item I ordered.
