Not impressed! Purchased Saab heated seat switch as seller advertised the unit was in working condition, and on receipt, the first fault found no switch illumination, confirmed by open cct. pin nos. 7 and 9.
Major fault was non-operational switch, no voltage output on any heat selection.
Contacted seller same day; he apologised and said he would send a replacement. It has now been 4 weeks and despite 2 requests for shipping and tracking, I have had no further response from afford53.
