If you knew enough about the windows you are selling to provide trouble info we would not be where we were, pissing me off and you as well. The problem is solved. Too bad you don't know enough about what you are selling to trouble shoot just a little bit. I called the Rough County Co. that supplied the Yamaha Rhino 2006 450 windshield. The windshield comes with a plastic sheeting on "BOTH SIDES" OF THE WINDSHIELD. After removing these the scratches and blurriness has gone away. Now clear

We can only go by the information given to us by customers. When you contact us telling us the windshield is "scratched" that leads us to believe it arrived to you damaged. Figured the customer had removed the protective film off the window before contacting us - as would be common sense - apparently not.
