Should have been packaged in a more bulky type mailer. The size of this was too small and was lost in transit.

Hi there, Thank you for your purchase. I find this feedback highly unfair. The item is extremely small and it's shipping was calculated based on the package size. I want my customers to not pay as much for shipping since I value your money as a seller to not overspend. Secondly, I am not your mailman. I'm not responsible for what the postal service does. Next time put a claim with them or either be patient since it was delivered. Know how to treat sellers properly who do conduct business fairly.
