Order required a signature due to the value, was delivered to a CVS UPS Access Point for pickup, but stolen from the CVS prior to my attempted pickup. Newegg tried to force me to get a Police Report and refused to issue a refund until I did so - the PD stated that since the package did not go missing from my residence, and was never in my possession, I DID NOT need to file a report! Took 3 claims and eBay CS involvement to FINALLY get a refund!
