After no tracking or delivery information was provided and the delivery date had expired, I contacted the seller and was only then advised that they were unable to provide the item. Notably no attempt was made to contact me by the seller, perhaps in the hope that they could keep my money. This is most disappointing, sellers should not sell items they do not possess nor in doing so provide information about the condition of that item which is simply deceitful and dishonest. Absolutely pathetic.
