I inadvertently submitted a dispute which I thought was just eBay helping with me with a shipping problem. The seller refunded the full price. I apologized to the seller for my gaff. The seller was great.

The offered suggestions to locate and get the item moving through the post office. I tried to contact post office to locate with no luck. I told them that and they refunded my item.
