Sold a sump pump as new. Paid to install it. It had been a return. The float switch was broken. My basement flooded. Tried to open a return. Was ignored. Past return window. 0/10 would never deal with again. Should have been sold as parts repair or at least used so i would know not to buy it. I never leave negative feedback but i had my feet deep in flood water and it was cold. And seller never responded to my request. Worst transaction ever.
