No bolt interference, no spark plug interference. Was installed on 1990 Chevy Squarebody K5 Blazer 4x4 with Vortec 7.4L Big Block. Only fitment issue was the 4L80E ear on passenger side needed trimmed off and motor mount bracket on driver side needed a trim. I know this was not the header's intended fit but for my purposes it fit great.
