The battery tester arrived in good looking condition but did not work correctly. Took it apart and found a burned wire replaced it and now it works correctly. Seller kept in contact with me the whole time offering to give a full refund no problem. I was happy to figure the problem out on my end and keep the item. It works right now. Seller was friendly and helpful. No issues at all. Would definitely buy from them again.
