I Took too long to SHIP??? Customer went on vacation FOR A WEEK AND A HALF and didnt respond to my email[S] regarding issues with their address. They responded to me with an apology THAT THEY WERE OUT OF TOWN and received THE ITEM 2 days later AND I TOOK TOO LONG????????????
