Disappointing experience. Worst package job I’ve ever seen. No one should be selling trees in plastic garbage bags period!!
Don’t buy any living thing from this guy. I gave these trees some time to recover but now I have 4 dead hemlock trees. You should ship these trees in a box like everyone else does you hack! Very unprofessional.

this is how we have shipped trees for 20 years, not every one has a green thumb, it states right in the listing how we package the trees so this customer knew what he was buying and how it was being sent, if we put in boxes shipping would not be free and would cost 4 times what we charge to ship again we have done this for 20 years, if he had wrote me i would have shipped some free in a box if that what it would take to satifsy but this is how he choose to respond sad
