I am extremely disappointed with this purchase experience.I ordered a Kerastase conditioner from this seller and had some questions about the product.I have sent 3 messages,all of which were completely ignored.When I decided to cancel the order seconds after the ofter was accepted,the seller claimed that was already shipped.This was a blatant lie as the request was sent immediately.The seller’s lack of communication and disregard for my request is unacceptable.I do not recommend buying from him
