The item never arrived. I had to ask 3 times (past the delivery deadline) before I got my refund - they used every delay tactic on me. Still after, they kept messaging me for another few weeks asking: Did you receive the item? Did you have a great experience? over and over again. Every time I replied, they'd send another message (computer generated?) that did not appear to come from a person who read my reply. They kept pestering me till I told them to stop.
