Since the lever is stiffer to push, putting in reverse was wearing out the OEM plastic plate faster than normal. This aluminum plate solved the problem and added slight extra feeling of solidity. The plate is extremely well made. Dimensions and tolerances are perfect. Seller was very friendly and quick to answer all of my questions. Super fast shipping arrived sooner than expected. 100% and more recommended!!!!
