The shoes arrived damaged and dirty ( looked mouldy to me) .
After many many emails with the seller, I was offered 2 choices:
A refund after I paid for the shoes to be returned to china ( shipping fee not refunded…)
Or a 50% refund if I left a positive review.
I guess I won’t get anything as I couldn’t have been more disappointed with the purchase and the very poor customer service provided.
I won’t be buying from this seller ever again

After waiting about a month from purchase date and after the seller trying several times to send me a lesser item, I was finally given a refund. Apparently they didn’t have the item as listed. Instead they tried to substitute a completely different item which was of no use to me. The listing didn’t match the product which is very misleading and frustrating having to request a refund several times before I was finally issued one. The whole process took over a month. Terrible.
