They wanted me to give details regarding what voltage I use. Also try another socket or fixture. Maybe dimmer is the problem, try another dimmer or dimmer is wrong size. I ordered a very specific item. Not holding my breath for a refund. If you are looking for led dimmer bulbs E12 see seller Lightingshow [dimmable led fridge light bulbs E14 or E12] Pic is with their bulbs.
