I ordered 2 PLC's that where supposably tested before being sent, one you couldn't get online and the other is password protected from previous owner so not able to be used. I didn't test the items when they first arrived as I was away from my office for 2 weeks. When I got back and tested and they are faulty I was told I only had 7 days yet e-bay has a 30 day return policy. These items defiantly had not been tested as I work with this particular PLC all the time. Very poor seller.
