Part was damaged and the damage was hidden behind a trim panel on the inside of the pillar of the door. I asked for a partial refund of 75$ and they only wanted to give me 50. $75 would not have been enough anyway. The door will not even fit the car because of this damage that they said I didn't have to fix anyway because it was hidden. Bad business ethics is not the way we run our business.
