Sadly the item does not match what was advertised; the item was well packaged but when I took it out of the box dust and some hairs fell out of the box, unbelievable that it was not sent clean, then I connected the base and put the vacuum cleaner to charge then I received an error message s1 which is a battery error which seller did not mention it in the publication. After more than 15 years of buying on ebay I have to say that this is the only item that does not comply with ebay policies
