All it would have taken, was a piece of cardboard slid in envelope next to book to stiffen the package so mailman unlikely to fold it. Will still rate positive, but when ordering a book from anywhere, doesn't take much to package it well. (Weighted book flat to help uncurl it. - It wasn't creased.)
