    Seller did not like the price he got on the auction. So shipped package via USPS using stamps knowing it was not allowed and would get returned to him. The seller refused to reship the item correctly, claiming I could get a refund after he reshipped it. eBay would not issue a refund if the item was being reshipped. They see all communication. Just a POOR seller. Don't use auctions if you're not willing to send the item regardless of the auction price.

    Wow... Shipped 11/10, you opened a case against me because it hadnt arrived by 11/20. USPS tracking showed no scan for over a week - Finally it did get returned to us - WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO REFUND, because you oepned the CASE againt us. Not the "conspiracy" you claim.. Really? I shipped "knowing" it would be returned? Why wouldnt I have just "cancelled" the transaction. PLEASE take your meds.
