Seller shipped on time and product was not damaged. I hesitate to leave a negative review because this was no fault of the seller. This product did not work for me and did not cover my gray, even with using the dye pack and using the blow dryer for 20 minutes. Also, the "shampoo" has a bad odor and you would need to spray perfume in your hair to get past that smell. I would not recommend this product. No English on the packaging except a tiny blurb on the dye pack.
