The item was so dirty, I washed sunglasses with soap 3 times, there was a small crack inside. The label was saying new with tags. I am writing because it wasn’t fear leaving without noting!

The seller was helpful in the beginning answering messages but when I decided I needed to return them.as they were way too big , some messages were not answered. The mailing took forever and was messed up. I asked for the mailing to be refunded because of the wait and they said they would see what they could do. I never heard anything after that. I feel this courtesy should have been made because of the long wait time.
