I had to engage ebay Customer Service to step in and try to locate these bowls. Apparently no one was reached, no tracking information was provided and no bowls ever arrived. I did, however, get a full refund from eBay, so they do stand by their word of a guaranteed refund if not satisfied. Thank you.
