AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Lied about sending my item for 3 weeks. Gave me a fake tracking number. Tried to scam me into using eBay Returns for a "convenience discount," so that I couldn't open an actual return if I needed to. Sent me the wrong item anyway. Refused to send return shipping label or fees. Tried to "refund" me with a PayPal G&S payment, which they could scam back through a fraudulent PayPal buyer protection claim on their end. Ignored messages for days until I escalated. ABSOLUTE SCUM.
