I bought this rather expensive Castillo bracelet as a special treat, so I was dismayed to see when I opened it that the tongue portion of the clasp was misshapen. Then it fell off when I attempted to try it on. The seller disingenuously claimed to not have noticed the problem. Notably, no pix of tongue were show in the offering. He was also rude when I complained. I am returning it and hope he will give me a full refund as he has promised. My worst eBay experience ever.

FAR FAR FROM THE TRUTH. I did not see the problem with the class, and as soon as the buyer mentioned it, I offered a full refund. The conversation became very strange to the point that the buyer asked that I pick up the bracelet at her apartment And told me what she thought the public transportation charge would be. Buyer lives almost 6 miles from me. Again I offered full refund as soon as buyer mention class problem. I was not rude. This is the first negative Ebay I’ve received in 25 years.
