Seller did not respond when I made enquiries and eBay refused to intervene because I ‘should have received it by April 12’- they sent that email on April 23, despite the fact that 23 comes well after 12.. Cannot rate quality of item as it still hasn’t arrived and I have no postal details to follow it up myself seeing the vendor seems disinclined to
