Assembled beautifully; Stained and polyurethaned and is now a work of art. Have yet to install bees this season, but if it doesn’t work, it certainly isn’t the seller’s fault. The assembly can be time consuming, but the quality of the finished hive is directly proportional to the care taken during the assembly. DO NOT man-handle the key; Rather, rehearse actuating/de-actuating the key prior to installing bees and expecting honey flow. This is NOT a child’s model kit and deserves care.
