I received tassels that were completely different from what I ordered - they were thin, cheap looking, smaller, and completely useless for my needs. The seller takes days to respond and didn't offer a return or refund until I threatened to get eBay involved. Eventually they sent a 'prepaid postage label ' for returning the goods - it was absolutely useless! Avoid like the plague!!

Having no printer & not willing to walk around my home town in order to rectify THEIR! mistake I asked them to post me a return's label which they had no interest in doing, ( I presume they didn't want to pay for postage??? ). Asked eBay to intervene & they were as about as much use as an ashtray on a motorcycle!!!. They sided with the seller???. This seller + eBay rubbish---PROPER PROPER!!! Rubbish!!!. Unable to contact eBay by phone!!!.
