Muffler is strait through with large cherry bomb type divits instead of little perforation for better sound. Downside is muffler is very thin and probably won't last long, especially in salt environments. But for the price...........it's hard to beat. Fit my 95 f150 single cab shorted with still leftovers and would probably fit extended cab easily.

Came with a flange that I had to cut off and weld a reducer to fit the cat manifold. The hangers were not spaced for my truck (03 F150 SB). Overall cheap for a stainless exhaust system...
