Notified Post Office with photos and packaging with contents in hand filed an insurance claim was denied told that the item would not be covered because of item was not in correct packaging material by sender. I reached out to seller and was told they send items all the time with no problem. Offering me a discount on another purchase I ask what the discount value was told it depends. A small piece of jewelry wrapped in a sheet of bubble wrap and mailed in a bubble envelope. No way it arrived damaged, unless caused by the the post office, and postal insurance covers it. I generously offered a discount on a future purchase. The higher the price, the bigger the discount. Buyer hounded me for an exact percentage, so I stopped responding. Our feedback level, over 2,500, speaks for itself.
