    Item was not received and never shipped. I have attempted to contact the seller several times with update requests, but have not gotten a response. They attempted to cancel my order, but were not successful and have not communicated with me when I would get a refund. I have now sent a request thru Ebay to get this matter settled. I will NOT be using this seller again. Very POOR communication and an awful customer experience.

    Way to play the victim. The item was out of stock, and I contacted you first to let you know. Then I tried to cancel, but Ebay would not let it cancel, not sure why. If I cannot cancel and I don't have inventory, how do you expect this to turn out? If you are not buying from us in the future, so be it, but learn to grow up and be courteous - things happen that are out of our control. That does not mean you assume the worst and be the worst person that you can be - which is what you have done.

    The product was sent to address.This feedback is incorrect.But there is always a new account with zero feedback, with zero activity (since and till now, and its Aug 2023), with zero purchases and zero sales...except this one. This is a fraudulent feedback based on my previous transactions - who I cannot tell. But it is fraudulent feedback But with ebay feedback is set in stone, so you got away with it this time. Henceforth, there will be no sales for zero feedback new accounts. Lessons, lessons.
