I strive to treat all customers w/courtesy &professionalism, and I expect the same in return. I would not recommend future transactions with this buyer. My auctions clearly state no returns on heavy items. This is a large 3” thick marble stone I mailed 2 together boxed separately in boxes.I pd $125 to have these shipped to me from a CA auction!
