Ordered two ring sizing mandrels and received a box that was empty except for the packing materials. A thief had opened the box in transit and retaped the box with a different type of tape after stealing the mandrels. I contacted PMC jewelers and explained the situation. They immediately sent two more at no charge. Great to find honorable dealers here. Many thanks!
