The rumble effect is very strong but it, along with other features, can be controlled in the associated app. I didn't have any trouble pairing the controller either. My only complaint (which has nothing to do with the seller) is that the controller doesn't have a battery indicator. Otherwise it's a fun, functional, inexpensive controller.
