I would have provided negative feedback but if I select ‘negative’ it prompts me to contact the seller which I have done with a negative response.
When my £14.99 purchase arrived it had a price tag of £13 attached. When I queried this I was advised by the seller this was the old price. I suggested they might refund the difference as a goodwill gesture. This was refused. Very disappointed. I’ve been a customer for some time. I feel let down by something which could have been easily rectified.
