    Item ordered based on description in listing. Arrived we’ll packed in undamaged box, we’ll packed. Opened box, hubcap was shiny and clean but, unfortunately, the rim was scratched and two of the wire wheel spikes were bent. Contacted seller, who noted it hadn’t looked like that when shipped, may have been damaged in transit, but he had another in his shop and they may have been mixed up. I returned the hubcap at my cost, seller reports it has not shown up yet. Now reported loss to post office.
