Item was refurbished and stated in item description that it "works". Well I had to clean it thoroughly since there was hairs and ear gunk in the case and on the earbuds. Also sound only works on one. I'm pissed that I got a dirty product that does not work. The only god thing was quick shipping. Other than disappointed.
