It's smooth and fast and it's stood the test of time and me pounding the foot board. That being said. I'm very impressed with how well made this Griffin 2 leg stand is. It's smooth and heavy and very fast. Wow! is all I can say. The price is awesome. I can't believe how cheap it was. Thank you!!

This one in particular very easily competes with the PDP of the same similar type at a better price. Guys I have Griffin everything now as far as stands. I did have to buy Gibralter clamps for some smaller cymbals to avoid 10 stands in a tight space. Hey Geek you guys ever consider manufacturings clamps and booms? I bet they would be just as awesome. My next Geek Stands buy will be a remote hi hat stand. This one however is awesome. Thank you.
