Make sure you save screws and the metal back part from your old Gameboy color (GBC) as you will need it. I also reused the label and screen tape -sticky stuff that holds the screen in from the old one. You will also need to reuse the pads from your old gbc. As it comes with new buttons but no pads. Over all I like it but it took me longer to put it together than other shells I have bought
