I don't like to leave negative feedback, but honestly this was a negative experience and waste of time.
After prompt payment and patiently waiting 10 days, tracking showed that it still had not even been shipped yet (even after all the estimated delivery dates had passed).
When I asked the seller about this, I received no apology or explanation; simply that a refund was sent.
So I still don't know why I never received my purchase, with no apology or explanation.

No need to LIE. Shipping was initiate and processed but not scanned in. I did not know you had received the package until EBAY contacted me. I had a copy of your shipping label, so it was packaged. We communicated back and forth on 2-3 occasions. I issued you an IMMEDIATE refund with no hesitation when I could not solve the issue of where your package was. Not cool to lie. I did nothing wrong but give you prompt service when I discovered there was a problem. Be kind.
