    rude and selfish seller. i politely cancelled order before it was due to be dispatched. was told i could not cancel which was stated NOWHERE in the descriptions. even though i communicated twice i no longer wanted item four days later i was issued with a tracking number. i had to get in touch with ebay and was swiftly refunded . thank you ebay. very bad experience with this seller....... the love of money. ......tut tut tut.....

    OMG!This isn’t true! The buyer asked me to cancel her order the next day because she changed her mind “ordered by mistake?!” Although my policy is no cancellation or returns are accepted, I told her will see what can I do. As a kind gesture and to make her feel better about her order, I offered a small gift worth £12. She ignored and raised a formal return request. As a private seller, I have all the right to decline but I chose to refund her immediately and not because eBay has involved! Shame!
