It was advertised as a Denso and seams to be exactly that. I installed it on a 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL, in the Bank 1 Sensor 1 position and it fit and performed perfectly. Because I have had trouble getting other brand sensors to respond correctly, I believe that this is the genuine Denso 234-5010 O2 sensor.I hope this is helpful to you.

It was genuine Denso O2 sensor and not some counterfeit knock off, as well as brand new. The price was right as well, only half of what other vendors wanted for same sensor! Will def. use this vendor for future automotive parts needs!
